Federal Council takes note of report on achievement of RUAG International's objectives in 2024 financial year
Bern, 21.3.2025 - During its meeting on 21 March 2025, the Federal Council took note of the report by the Board of Directors of RUAG International Holding AG on the achievement of objectives in the 2024 financial year. By and large, the strategic objectives defined by the Federal Council were achieved. In addition, the Federal Council made initial decisions on the upcoming general meeting and was informed about the impact of the adopted motion on halting the sale of Beyond Gravity.
